Travellers to Spain know that being right where the action is can be very noisy - this apartment hotel is close enough to the action, but down a quiet street. The front desk staff were very helpful in identifying the best pintxos bars, and also helped us secure a table at one of the michelin starred restaurants on short notice.... More

We stayed in the 7th floor which is quiet, roomy and gets a bit of sun in the morning. Great value stay and the location in "Gros" (yes that's what the neighbourhood is called!) is very convenient for the old city and "la concha" beach is about 15 minutes walk. The only problems are a) finding the place, and b)... More

Got a fantastic price for this overnight stay, had read some of the bad reviews but booked it anyway. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotlessly clean with ample space and huge windows. Right in the heart of Gros with great bars restaurants cafes and shops.

Located walking distance from the old part of San Sebastian and the beach, this hotel is good value. Rooms are small but modern and clean. Breakfast is offered but is basic serve yourself and pricey for what it was. Front desk staff extremely helpful and recommended some great tapas bars. Very friendly too. Easy walk to the train station. Had... More

I shared an apartment that was meant to host up to 4 people with my mother and my sister. i think the fourth spot was supposed to be the bed-couch beacuse there were only two beds - one of which was a single. The one little thing I complain about is the fact that it often got very hot despite... More

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Was not sure what to expect as I had not been to San Sebastián before so had no idea of the best area to stay in. The decision to stay here was based on price only. On arrival I was greeted by name and offered assistance with my bags. Very welcoming gesture which... More

This apartment hotel is totally over priced. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. However 2nd bedroom doesn't have proper black out curtain so it wasn't good for kids to sleep. Decor is very basic and cheap. Location is quite good, close to the beach.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a hotel room. Whilst a little soul-less compared to staying in the old town, it was modern, clean and well soundproofed. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient and the wi-fi fast and reliable. The breakfast included was a sticky muffin and help yourself coffee in a small room called "the breakfast room",... More

PROS: - decent modern apartment - well situated for very decent nearby beach - next door to hotel - so you can ask any questions you have (we found staff helpful) - friendly cleaners come each day and make beds CONS: - 2nd bedroom had double bed so bit of a squeeze for my daughters (worth asking about this when...
