One of the best views .... Rooms are okay.. Breakfast not so good... Friendly staff... Need a car or taxi to reach or commute from the hotel. Not so expensive. Worth a stay atleast once due to the location view of the ocean..............................

This hotel has one of the best views we have ever had. Overlooking the bay, you get panoramic views of the city, as well as the open ocean. Try to get the privilege room, money worth spent. The room is quite simple, with all basic amenities, very clean, expect for the fact that we had to ask to change our... More

Great views to be had from the bay of San Sebastian out to the ocean. The hotel staff are very helpful but rooms are tired but comfortable. A funicular is available to take you down to the base of the mount from where a pleasant walk of around 40 minutes along the corniche will get you to the old town... More

This place is like stepping back into time. Its got large marble pillars and decor from the 60's and that's part of its charm. The rooms do need some upgrading though. The views are amazing and the tram that takes you from the bottom to the top or vice versa is pretty neat. The carnival rides at the top was out... More

Perfect location for wonderful views, food in restaurant very expensive so we ate out every day! Superb views but a long walk from the beach and centre. I would stay here again because of the fantastic views. We had a wonderful relaxing break. Not far from Portsmouth - Bilbao ferry.

The views are fantastic, the hotel is ok, clean and comfortable although a little elderly. The staff were very helpful, BUT a ladies handbag was stolen from the dining room, the drinks were very expensive, and the food was AWFUL. Cold cooked food at breakfast time, and our last meal of a 3 night stay was one of the worse... More

This is an overpriced hotel, waiting to rip you off every time you need anything. It has an amazing view from the room but other than that let your wallet be ready for heavy exercise. Starting by the location, this place is only worth if you have a car (even then, parking in san sebastian is quite expensive). Other than... More
