Some excellent things about our stay, including a warm, friendly and helpful welcome, free water, a welcome drink and pintxo, and a great breakfast deal. The pension was spotlessly clean. My only issues were the small size of our room and noise from the air conditioning and some inconsiderate guests on one night. Unfortunately we were awoken by a right... More

In the heart of everything, and very charming. Interiors are essentially newly renovated, with quality fixtures, bedding, everything. Felt like a boutique hotel, but for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Gran Bahia during Santa Semana when there were lots of people flooding San Sebastian for fireworks, free music, parades and celebrating. Our double room had a nice street view and was a bit noisy on Saturday night during the events, but quiet at other times. We had a mini-balcony for drying clothes and looking on the... More

We stayed at Bahia Bernardo with our dog for one night. The hotel allowed us to park directly outside because it is difficult to park in San Sebastián if your car has a roofbox as many parking areas are underground. The hotel staff are lovely and were very helpful, speaking perfect English instead of watching us struggle with our broken... More

Great location and a very nice service (although not everyone speaks foreign languages). The place seems to be recently renovated and very clean what's really important to me. It's worth to recommend.

We stayed here this week in the family room - two adults & two kids - it is in the center of the old town - you could not be better located. The room was clean, the bedding fresh and the bathroom spotless! There is no parking at the hotel (its in the old town where there are no cars)... More

We stayed for 2 nights in San sebastian, so therefore we want to be in the middle of everything since our stayed is a short one. Another reason we have chosen the old town because we are foodies! There are many restaurants in the old town, all very good! The hotel is very cleaned and comfortable. The service is excellent.... More

My partner and I stayed at Gran Bahia in September and arrived on a Sunday in the middle of a fiesta. The hotel is easily located and in a great location in the Old Town - by far the best place to be! The room was very clean and with good facilities, it was a touch small but it wasn't... More

Our stay at Pension Bahia Bernardo was excellent, we highly recommend it, everything about this pension was excellent, the managers couldn't not do enough, lovely servicing people, very clean hotel, lovely spacious bathroom, had the room with balcony number 7, very nice, has a lift to take the luggage, close to some of the best restaurants, close to the beautiful... Stayed during fiesta do the town was busy and noisy but the location was great. Good parking deal at La Concha and the staff were generally friendly. Very small room which was tricky with a little girl. Breakfast was a 5 min walk away in a bar - a touch odd but the alternative is nothing! Acceptable and clean.
