We booked this hotel as a stay over when we were heading for a business meeting in the neighboring place in the mountains. The price was good and we did not expect anything special. When we arrived in the night we faced really warm welcome from the staff at the reception that was really caring if we were happy with... More

Stayed here at the end of September. Amazing location. Brilliant room overlooking the beach with an amazing view. View ocean and unique room for sure! The staff were really nice and very helpful. Only minor issue if I had to mention one would be lack of nearby parking - but they can arrange for a space a 10 minute walk... More

Very spacious elegant room. Lovely ocean view, amazing, sexy, glass shower. Excellent bed, great air-conditioning, comfortable chairs, a well stocked mini-fridge with good prices – we loved our stay here. Informative staff were helpful in understanding how to navigate San Sebastian and how to appreciate the local cuisine. This hotel is definitely on the surfing beach and a ten minute... More

My girlfriend and I were traveling from Biarritz to Barcelona by train and had to switch in San Sebastián unfortunately by the time we got to the station in San Sebastián for the train to Barcelona it was full and we watched it pull out of the platform. It was 16:00 and we had not intended on staying in San... More

Arrived Sunday night at 9:30. Staff were lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Room is compact but funky. Paid for top floor sea view room and it was worth it. Parked on the street in front of hotel. Max stay 3hrs in the day. Free overnight. Would stay again.

This modern little place at the end of the beach was a great pick. The staff are absolutely amazing. I arrived at midnight and the chap on the front desk in the evening, sensing I was hungry and thirsty, took my bags and told me to go chill out in a nearby Pintxos bar while he sorted out the formalities.... We arrived, checked in to our sea view room and opened our door to a room full of flies. I went to the front desk to ask them to please get rid of the flies for us ... they handed me a fly swatter. We immediately wanted to switch hotels ... but knew we would waste a good afternoon of... More

Nice and unique rooms, modern setup for showers with folding glass door panels, raised sleeping areas, in almost a loft-style environment, which was super cool. Cleanliness was top notch, as were the people. This hotel is directly across the surfing beach of Zurriola. A great spot as it is at the end of the beach strip, little quiet, and has... More

There were a lot of problems we had with this hotel. Having read a review saying that this hotel was 3-star quality, my wife and I booked the place for my birthday trip to San Sebastian. They were very wrong. While the proximity to the beach was good, there were a lot of issues: 1) Parking is not on-site. They... More

Recently stayed here (2 people). The location was great. Close to the surfing beach, but about 10 mins to the main part of San Sebastián. Was definitely at the 'surf party' end of the beach. The staff were really great. Welcoming and helpful. Some if the rooms have the bed in a basement which is not so great, so would... More
