My girlfriend and I were traveling from Biarritz to Barcelona by train and had to switch in San Sebastián unfortunately by the time we got to the station in San Sebastián for the train to Barcelona it was full and we watched it pull out of the platform. It was 16:00 and we had not intended on staying in San... More

Arrived Sunday night at 9:30. Staff were lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Room is compact but funky. Paid for top floor sea view room and it was worth it. Parked on the street in front of hotel. Max stay 3hrs in the day. Free overnight. Would stay again.

This modern little place at the end of the beach was a great pick. The staff are absolutely amazing. I arrived at midnight and the chap on the front desk in the evening, sensing I was hungry and thirsty, took my bags and told me to go chill out in a nearby Pintxos bar while he sorted out the formalities.... We arrived, checked in to our sea view room and opened our door to a room full of flies. I went to the front desk to ask them to please get rid of the flies for us ... they handed me a fly swatter. We immediately wanted to switch hotels ... but knew we would waste a good afternoon of... More

Nice and unique rooms, modern setup for showers with folding glass door panels, raised sleeping areas, in almost a loft-style environment, which was super cool. Cleanliness was top notch, as were the people. This hotel is directly across the surfing beach of Zurriola. A great spot as it is at the end of the beach strip, little quiet, and has... More

There were a lot of problems we had with this hotel. Having read a review saying that this hotel was 3-star quality, my wife and I booked the place for my birthday trip to San Sebastian. They were very wrong. While the proximity to the beach was good, there were a lot of issues: 1) Parking is not on-site. They... More

Recently stayed here (2 people). The location was great. Close to the surfing beach, but about 10 mins to the main part of San Sebastián. Was definitely at the 'surf party' end of the beach. The staff were really great. Welcoming and helpful. Some if the rooms have the bed in a basement which is not so great, so would... More

Good location with wonderful beach views (chose a room at the front) about 15 minutes walk from old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and pleasant. Bathroom was good. Breakfast buffet was good, particularly as served outside; would have been a bit crowded in the tiny reception area. It is a really tiny hotel, looks... More

Terrific hotel! Great staff, great location and great rooms. My boyfriend is a surfer so was able to pop across the road to surf each morning before we headed off to explore the wonderful city that is San Sebastian. Andrea and the other staff were outstanding - they even went to the trouble to arrange a traditional, local meal for... More

Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, great location, overlooking the beach, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The town centre is only a short walk, there's a car park in front of the hotel, it's ideal for surfing, outside the the hotel, there were play areas for basketball, football rollerblading, and cycle lanes would definitely stay there again.
