Choosing a hotel depends on a number of criteria like price, location , breakfast included and facilities. One of those is air condition. The pictures don't lie. It's as nice as it looks. Walking distance from the Guggenheim, Casco Viejo and city center. Clean and tastefully decorated hotel. Nice and helpfull staff. And fluffy towels :-)

Small room, no view, noisy air conditioning and paper thin walls. No iron in room. Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Service in the bar very slow. Good location - other than that a very poor hotel

We got a good deal on a "triple room" which actually turned out to be a twin room with a roll out bed crammed in so it was a bit cramped. A good hotel in an excellent location overlooking the Guggenheim Museum and Bilbao´s River, you can easily walk to the old town center or take the tram, is just passing the pedestrian bridge, designed by Santiago Calatrava. The rooms are very comfortable so is the attention, the quality of breakfast makes it more suitable. It has Wi-fi an garage.
