We visited this hotel to go to BBK festival (taxi journey away-around 12 euro). I am assuming that is why we paid through the nose. Location was good-walking distance to city centre, 5 minutes from the bus station and within walking distance of the Guggenheim museum. Wifi is so weak there is no point in having it in the hotel.... We arrived about 10pm and received a lovely welcome from very helpful staff. If you book breakfast the night before it only costs 11 euros and was well worth it: excellent buffet. Bar food in evening (ham and cheese plate) was superb. Loved the room: so spacious, comfortable bed with gorgeous orange scented toiletries. In the morning we went to... More

Good hotel, rooms were quite spacy and the staff is courteous. Hotel has a garage below and has a broad ramp (have that seen differently). Breakfast is good enough, not exceptional. WiFi is available in the rooms themselves.Hotel is located at walking distance to Guggenheim.

The Hotel looks very nice from outside and also from the inside. The room we had was very comfortable and spacious. The wi-fi it's free but not very good, it will take ages to load and sometimes it wouldn't work at all. Room service was great and the quality of the food outstanding.

We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2014. Our room was on the 4th floor at the back, very quite. We arrived at 10.30am, they let us have our room there and then, instead of waiting till 3.00pm in the afternoon which we thought was very good. Very clean, staff very nice and polite. We also had our last... More

I write my review from suite 616 in the hotel. We arrived and asked for an upgrade and the staff upgraded us two grades above our original booking to a suite for 18 euros per night. The accommodation is great, very spacious and comfortable with not one but two televisions for enjoying a couple of matches of the world cup.... More

Couldn't fault where this hotel is located. Turn left out of the front door & you are on the river. Turn right & El Goog is there. Turn left the Zubizuri bridge. 10 minute walk to the bars in C. Ledesmas. Staff pleasant & good communicators. The room was small but adequate. I must say that the aircon broke down... More

Great hotel. Fantastic value for money and excellent service in the bar, breakfast and reception. Clean room (on side street). Fabulous location -across from Guggenheim and 15-20 minute walk to old town/convention centre. Highly recommend.

Let's start with a wonderful location, just over the road from the Guggehnheim. We took the bus from the airport as it was an easy 10 minute walk from the nearest stop. The hotel is contemporary in design. We were upgraded to a suite with a view of the river and it a pleasure to walk the early evening promenading, jogging,... More
