We stayed there for two nights in September 2011. It is a small pension in Bilbao. Location is perfect: in the Casco Viejo. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed at this hostal on the 1st and 2nd of september 2008. All the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. We got a room on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. Finally (with help from Police) we were able to find underground parking under Plaza Neuva which is resonably close to hotel (12 euro overnight). Don't drive into this city without a good map.
