This hotel was a treat at the end of a ten day holiday in northern Spain and it really was a lovely end to the holiday. We would recommend that you book the breakfast as eating out in Bilbao is very expenisve and we found that the breakfast was really good value. more

The lobby of the Sheraton is very impressive - it has a big central atrium. The rooms, by contrast, are a bit tired and average... nothing to get excited about. TVs are old fashioned non-flat screen, and the mini bar is one of those annoying electronic ones which autocharge if you remove an item. We had wine and tapas in... more

We booked two nights at the Sheraton Bilbao and were not prepared for how amazing it was going to be! The first sight we saw was the impressive huge central lobby with amazing high ceilings. Our rooms were really great - a large marble bathroom and comfy beds. Really great friendly staff and service round the clock. The breakfast was... more

We spent 2 nights at this Sheraton. The hotel was easy to find by car and had secure parking. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We also had a large balcony overlooking the river. We would certainly stay here again. more

Stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton Bilbao. Very good value for money, modern and stylish design. Great amenities (used the gym/pool a lot due to the poor weather). Just 2 blocks away from museum, and a few more from Gran Via. Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choices available. Discreet and efficient multi lingual young staff. Perfect location in a... more

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Hotel, and this Nice City. Very Helpful staff, helped with restaurant bookings and any other general information we required. The Room we had was on the top floor with a nice view of the city. I would recommend this Hotel, because it's not that expensive, and is clean and comfortable, would stay there again. more

My room was very clean & well maintained - very comfy beds. On room service, I ordered a starter & a main course, which were both huge portions but very nice. Presentation, speed & service was faultless. Breakfast was a great selection, although staff struggled to get tea & coffee served quickly & we had to hunt service a bit.... more

I have stayed this Sheraton for 3 nights in the end of January 2009 and I was a happy guest. I took Bizkaibus A3247 from Bilbao airport to TermiBus, the bus terminal (costs only €1.30). Then I changed to very modern EuskoTran (costs €1.20 or Bilbao Card), the tram system to reach this hotel. I bought Bilbao Card, the travel... more

I stayed at the Sheraton Bilbao for three nights at the end of July this year. The hotel itself is very impressive visually and views from the rooms are great but having stayed in a number of other Sheratons in the past (and knowing the levels of service that would be expected) I found the service and staff very very... more

A quirky looking building, well located between the river and a pleasant park, a 10 minute walk along the riverbank from the Guggenheim, and 25 minute walk from the old town; taxi from the airport was €23. Room and bathroom were very good - clean and well equipped. We paid €160 for a double, non smoking room, including breakfast and... more
