We had a great one night stay in this modern hotel near the Guggenheim. Not so near the Old Town, but you can walk it. Would recommend the tourist bus tour and the funicular (and the cafe at the top). We had a fairly spacious family room in the hotel, with a gorgeous bathroom. The kids loved the small heated... More

We arrived on August 20, in the middle of a huge city-wide celebration. We found the front desk service to be very attentive and we never had to wait more than the time it took for one customer in front of us to be helped. The staff even took the time to tell us about the program of events for... More

Just back from a two night stay and was very happy with the standard king room Although very business orientated the hotel is slightly outside the main area but you have great access on foot, taxi, bus or tram within 15 minutes . The staff on reception where attentive and helped with all enquiries and I would stay again

By far, my worst hotel experience this year, and very far from what a 5* should be. To sum up, and besides our terrible particular experience, the hotel facilities are not proportional to the number of rooms. If the hotel is full, you will experience long lines and crowds, if the hotel is half full, you might be able to... More

I had an illness in the family and had to cancel my trip. I did this 5 days before our reservation. They refused to refund anything. We are talking 450 euros at a hotel that is fully booked and can get other people. I will never, ever, stay in another Melia hotel. They are parasites.

Second time visit, the main reasons being the location and proximity to Guggenheim, the car parking, the buffet breakfast and above all the heated hotel pool for the little (and big) ones. This time around the breakfast felt a little tired, though there was a large variety of food. Apart from that, were we to come and stay at Bilbao... More

Stayed for 5 nights during our holiday vacations in Bilbao. Very comfortable classy rooms, big bathrooms facing the park. Walking distance to Guggenheim and other museums city center and Excellent breakfast! Would definitely recommend it.

for the quality. Rooms are quite ok, not big. Bathrooms on the other hand are almost as big as the room itself. My room had a Queen size bed, comfortable enough. But it's difficult to match the bed I got from Park Hotel in Amsterdam. There is a shopping mall in front of the hotel, with the basic shops you'll... More

It's not a chiep hotel but for this money you stay in a luxery hotel. Nice rooms, we got a family room with two double beds but the bed was a little to small for two adults. We were ther at a very busy moment, world championships basketball and all the teams were staying at the hotel. Apart from this,... More
