Just amazing. We met friends who got an amazing deal at the Casino Hotel, but we LOVED this hotel. The staff were ALL fantastic, and the amenities were great, and it was 50 feet from the Guggenheim.

20 minutes walk to old city town, new hotel but no atmosphere at all, lots of one night staying tourist on their way to somewhere else. Rooms with small windows, and in depressive color: mustard, no art on the walls. Very small choiches for the breakfast, we stayed 5 nights (pre-booked) but no change of items for 5 days.

Excellent hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Very modern and well-designed throughout. Good business centre. It's a very convenient hotel to the Guggenheim. Pleasant and efficient staff. Good view onto the Guggenheim. That said, the room was not comfortable. Shaky bed, terrible shower, uncomfortable furniture. Does swanky design have to forgo comfort?

Very helpful staff. Our first experience was with Miguel who helped us with the bags, parked the car, gave us a map and told us the good places to go - he was superb and very friendly. 2 days on business trip. Really good hotel and location. Staff couldn't be more helpful. The terrace for breakfast was great but at 25 euro too expensive. All in all good choice in a super city
