How to get there? I walked from the bus station. Bilbao is located within a valley and is predominately flat and quite easy to walk around. Pick up a map at bus station. Location Bilbao is not that big a city to walk around and you can easily walk to old town. This hotel is located opposite a Le Corbusier... More

hotel staff were really nice and friendly Generally the hotel is of a good standard but looks a little tired in places, Room was clean and big enough Free wi-fi which is always handy For breakfast you go next door to a local cafe so dont expect a buffet breakfast as is usual in hotels. Close to the Old Town... More

A basic 2* is what you get. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone but it ok for a short stay and good value. Staff friendly enough. it's got a supermarket across the road and a frui and veg shop and cafes on the street. It is on the edge of downbeaten area but not in it, I never felt worried(... More

As others have said the area this hotel is located in is not the best but far from being dangerous. I would consider it an average residential area. Our room was OK. Clean, but furniture was a little tattered. Also our room looked nothing like the pictures on the website, facing a small internal courtyard and being very dark. The... More

Judging by the photos of the hotel online, we thought we were looking at a far better hotel than what we encountered. Certainly, it has ambitions of being hip and stylish, but the place, unfortunately has seen better days, sadly. The rooms are clean, but otherwise, in line with what I'd expect of a 2-star hotel. The area it's in... More

The hotel itself has a style and is easy to remembering. The Beatles billboards, black&white pictures from 60-ties. The staff is nice and colorful dressed. Rooms are OK, nothing significant in any details but decent. The hotel location is the main problem. It is far from the old town (20 minutes walking), it is far from most famous modern Bilbao... The major problem with this place is the location. The area is a bit rundown, and its not exactly central to sights, Metro and Lightrail. Also the area is a bit seedy. The place looks slightly run down, and my room was very small. The bathroom was fine though. It's ok clean, and the staff at the reception is very... More

Good and friendly hotel well situated at 10 minutes exactly from the bus stop from airport bus (walking distance). Comfortable and clean. The only bad point is the bad quality of the breakfast. For the price 4.80 € it's better to go the the baker's on the next square, just 2 minutes walk down street and get there fresh orange... More

Just needed a cheap, clean and safe crash room for a weekend stay while visiting for a Rammstein concert. Hotel fits the bill. Good location albeit a bit noisy when the locals get boisterous late evening. Ask for higher floor rooms not overlooking the little arcade at the front. This is where they gather. Desk staff great...

The place is nothing special, but good for your money. The carpets leading to the rooms are really bad...stained from green to black. It wasn't a big deal, but a bad first impression for sure. Also, no elevator...so hope you don't mind to carry your luggage up a few flights of narrow stairs. It wasn't a horrible place, but we... More
