Turned up on speck but unfortunately never got past reception so can`t comment on the quality of the hotel. The receptionist however needs to be re-trained on how to treat customers. Enjoyed 4 nights at the Tryp Arenal. The rooms were modern and well maintained. The location is convenient to the old town (1 block) and the train station (2 blocks).
