The lobby and restaurant were nice. However, the room we received was very depressing and not nice. The bedspread was threadbare. pillows old and no covering on the boxspring. Service from the front desk was polite. The location was good overall. The hotel is overated in the star ratings. more

I stayed for one night on business. Nice hotel in a very good location for central Bilbao. Room was very nice (liked the furniture) and nice bathroom too. I guess the only downside is a less than customer-friendly reception. If you can live with that, then this is certainly worth staying at. more
