This was our 3rd trip to Bilbao and I had previously been to the bar in this hotel for a drink and to take photographs with relatives. We liked the relaxed surroundings. Got a great deal with Expedia. Staff were friendly expecially in the Cafeteria. Very comfortable beds - since coming home I want to now change my mattress. You... more

The room was clrean and nice decoration. The bath room has two sinks for double room, it was so convenient. Also amenitiies was very fashionable and a lot. You don 't need to bring anything. The bed was very confortable and many selection of pillow. But no hot tea set in the room. (there is Mini-ba) I think it is... more

Stayed for two nights. The room was quite large with a very large bathroom. The room was clean. Had to ask for extra soap and the TV did not work at all. But they do have a maintenance form that you leave out overnight and they fixed it the next day. Was a short walk to the Guggenhiem which is... more

The hotel is nice in a basic way. We booked a Club room and although it was modern and clean it was rather small with no view to speak of. The area seemed OK although on the first night we wandered around looking for somewhere to eat and inadvertantly ended up in an area that was a bit dodgy. The... more

Was booked into this hotel by the company I work for and thought that this was a great hotel. Convenient to walk to various sites ie Shopping Mall, Park, Guggenheim Museum. Thouroughly enjoyed my stay. Although this was a business trip I would go back again for a long weekend stay. Would recommend this hotel for a stay more

Very pleasant staff on arrival. The room wasn't a light as I would have liked and the lighting made it a little difficult to work in the evenings but this geave me reason to plan my schedule more efficiently and do some extra sightseeing. The hotel restaurant is excellent and though I only ate there on the first night of... more

Very difficult to find car park - it's on a one way street, but not the same one the hotel is on! If you go to the front door of the hotel you then have to have a tortuous drive around to find the car park entrance! Lovely big rooms, and luxurious toiletries. Nice big comfy bed. Room did get... more

We spent six nights at this place during July 2008. The online booking directly with the hotel was easy and we got everything we booked, no problems. The location is central and about 10 minutes' walk (at our speed, although a fit young person could do it in 5) from the nearest metro station, also called Indautxu. The hotel service... more

I agree with most of the previous reviews - the hotel really deserves its 4 stars: professional staff (but not overly friendly), rooms of a good size with everything you could expect in this category, nice lobby. The breakfast buffet had a large choice of fruits, sweets (apparently the Spanish loved them for breakfast!) and some warm dishes. Only the... more

We had some problems to find the hotel car park, so we walked to the hotel and ask for help: a member of the staff went out with me and drove our car into the car park. Good. The room was very nice and modern with a flat screen tv set on the wall, big and confortable beds, great wardrove.... more
