Standard business hotel. Main advantage is the location, halfway between the Guggenheim and the old town and an easy walk to both. Parking quite difficult in the area (the hotel's expensive garage was full). Breakfast not great value. more

Location is wonderful; front desk staff were not that personable; one upon checkout couldn't even mutter a thank you. That's not a deterrent, though, for me. more

Very good hotel. Staff are efficient, slick and business-like although not particularly friendly. Its location is slightly peripheral but central Bilbao is not that large and within walking distance. Hotel is excellently placed for the Guggenheim Museum and visiting the old town. Didn't bother with breakfast option in the internal cafe so can't comment. more

Stayed here for work and for that it is a good hotel. It has the business amenities (Internet, printing, faxing) but with the accompanying rates. excellent location for visiting Bilbao. Clean rooms as one would expect from a hotel chain. Car parking is NOT included in the price (17 euro per day) . Breakfast v good. Would recommend this hotel. Stayed here 4 years ago as well. more

We stayed for two nights in this hotel which is indeed very well located to visit Bilbao: exactly in the middle between the Guggenheim museum and the old city. A very good location for a hotel with very thin walls. Yo can hear the guests talking on the corridors or flushing the toilets so it is not the nicest thing when you try to sleep. Awful coffee with breakfast. more
