For two nights stay a satisfying hotel. Our room was on the 8th floor and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was too small in the mornings when there was several big tourist groups queuing for breakfast at the same time. Breakfast was very good when you finally got it.

I stayed here during the week of "Aste Nagusia in Basque". The celebrations include the strongman games, free music performances, street entertainment, bullfighting and nightly firework displays. Stayed there for 2 nights in a double room - very clean, nice bathroom, friendly staff. The breakfast was great - a big selection of breads, meat, tortillas .. Would totally recommend it. The location is also very convenient - close to everything (Guggenheim, old town ...). Didn't use the spa, so I can not comment on that.
