We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, I highly recommend it as a base to discover Bilbao. The rooms are modern, sound proofed, very calm, underground parking at 16.5 euros a day, and excellent location, 10-15 mins walking to old town, and 5 minutes to the main shopping streets, plenty restaurants/bakeries/bars around it. Hotel was nice but lacked atmosphere, we did not have any meals there so I cannot comment on food or service . It is situated in a great location within walking distance to most amenities. Good shopping nearby. Casino nest door.

The rooms were large, clean and modern. However found the bathroom design quite odd.
