So far as value is concerned, this place is very nice. But what truly makes this place awesome is the location. It's right between Abando and Moyua, is a hop-jump-skip away from Casco Viejo, and is in a really good neighborhood.

This hotel is located in a classical building. The interior has been completely renovated and the rooms are simple but excellent: good size, dark laminated floor, soundproof, free wifi, a king size bed (unusual in Spain, at least in four-star hotels) and a modern bathroom with lavender gel & shampoo. On the negative side, the TV could be larger. Location...

Upgraded to suite; really nice lounge and room. The area is about 5 mins from old town and in the CBD. I would recommend it!
We were very impressed by this hotel - which was far better value for money than any hotels of an equivalent standard which I found when looking for somewhere to stay. The decor is modern and sleek, the room was spotless, and the location was fantastic for getting to all the different parts of the city - it was a...

We chose this hotel because it had excellent reviews, was near the old town to the east, the Guggenheim Museum to the west, and the river on three sides, and we were not disappointed. It is modern, clean, with excellent helpful staff and is ideally situated. As we arrived late evening (from the Santander ferry), the hotel car park was...

For the money we paid, we consider this hotel amazing value. The rooms are large, the WiFi is fairly fast, and the bathroom excellent. Yes the breakfast is too dear, but it might pay to look at the Hotel website, which has some good deals for room, breakfast and Guggenheim admission.
Nice hotel in great location. Lots of business clients. Two computers near reception area for public use. We didn't eat breakfast at hotel because it was too expensive. Found several bakeries and cafes nearby. Convenient to metro.
Our travel agency voucher stated that we would be picked up at the hotel for a tour of Casco Viejo on Sunday morning. Unfortunately, the tour guide never showed up. The resourcefulness and persistence of the Sercotel Front Desk staff resolved the mess-- made numerous phone calls, gave us walking directions to the Tourist Agency, and arranged for the local...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with a group of friends. All of us enjoyed staying at Sercotel Coliseo very much. Brand-new, spacious and well-equipped rooms with a wenge-like decoration look very impressive. The outside terrace is cozy, equipped with nice chairs and sofas so it is nice to relax there after intensive excursions around the city and...
