Stayed 3rd - 5th October. Wow, what can we say, we loved the Arriaga Suites and Ohianna. Great advice and communication before arriving in to Bilbao and also full of advice and suggestions when we arrived. We happened to meet Ohianna while out walking on the evening we arrived and she came over to us asking how we were and... More

For the independent traveler, no front office, omnipresent staff, or phones. Clean, modern, large, quiet rooms and ideally located in the old town. Maria was very knowledgeable about the sites, restaurants and travel in outside of Bilboa. We stayed twice, 3 weeks apart. The construction did not bother us.

Stayed 2 nights at Arriaga Suites in September. Both Oihana and Maria were really helpful and friendly. The rooms are really modern and resemble single bedroom apartments without kitchens (br/loungeroom/bathroom) and the location of the hostel is excellent. There were renovations going on in the lobby of the building which made the lobby really dusty but this didn't affect the... More

Plus points 1. The location could not be better in the old town making it great for restaurants shops and bars 2 The suites are of a good size and are well furnished. The bed was really comfortable one drawback(but not a big issue with us was the lack of natural light) 3 Plenty of information regarding restaurants bars and... More

The apartments are well furnished, bright and spacious, bathrooms very clean and modern, beds very comfortable. Location in the old town is great for shops and restaurants and about 20 minutes walk from the Guggleheim. We liked the balcony doors for air and a view of the street. Free wifi with good signal. Noisy corporation rubbish removal vehicles and lorries... More

I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and kids aged 6 and 9 on 31/5/13. Its central location in the old town is fantastic and given the choice between an over-priced chain hotel further out of town and Arriaga Suites the Suites win hands down every time. We were very well received by the friendly manager (we only... More

My wife and I stayed in the Emilio Arrieta suite for a long weekend at the beginning of May. Initially we were a tad worried as there was a significant amount of building work being done as you go in the main entrance - however, this did not affect us at all and it was a testament to just how... My boyfriend and I stayed in Arriaga Suites for 2 nights in January this year and couldn't have been happier with our choice - which we discovered through Trip Advisor! It was unbelievably good value and we would definitely recommend to everyone. We stayed in a Suite J.M. Usandizaga which was enormous with a quirky musical theme. The rooms are... More

My girlfriend and I wanted somewhere to stay for a mini-break to Bilbao that was clean, well located and completely unobtrusive - the Arriaga suites ticked every box. You are met at the Suites by Oihana or in our case Patricia, and are well directed to everything you need. The rooms are spacious, modern and very comfortable. The beds are... More

In the middle of the old town, you are just steps away from restaurants and shops. Bilbao is a highly walkable city, the Guggenheim is just 15 mins walk along the river bank. And the the beautiful Arriaga Theatre is just steps from the hotel. The hotel is located near the entrance of Bidebarrieta, few doors away from Women's Secret.... More
