I have little to add to the previous comments about this atmospheric b&b with friendly staff and a great location in the old town. Unfortunately my room faced the (pedestrianised) street below, which is home to a number of bars and all the noise that goes with that. The windows have old-fashioned wood shutters which are not ideal noise suppresants.... more

A local booked this for us. Turned out to be a great little B&B, nothing fancy, but beautiful old style tenement building containing small courtyard, chock full of antiques. Great place to stay. more

We loved the warm decoration of the rooms and the feeling of homliness in Iturriena Ostatua from the sheep at the base of the stairs you to the welcoming reception on the first floor. We spent two night here and wished for more. Delightful staff - some spoke English, some didn't. Our Spanish is terrible but it all worked out. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. Due to our travel schedule we missed breakfast both mornings. Passing through the breakfast room we noticed a very nice spread including cooked to order items.... more

We loved this place. Not only was it in the heart of old town steps away from dozens of great restaurants, but it was just a fun place to be. We had a lovely stay at this pension. Warm welcome and helpful staff. Quirky decor and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Great location for some fabulous pinxtos bars - excellent, inexpensive food and drinks. Lively area but we didn't find it too noisy. more
