I know what I'm getting at an Ibis, a clean, comfortable, no frills hotel that suits my needs as a solo traveller on a budget and this Ibis didn't disappoint! Some Ibis hotels tend to be a bit out of the way but this one was in a good location within walking distance to many of the major sites, including... More

Good place to spend some days. It's central, near to the train station, in front of a laundry and a good and traditional "basco" pub. The room is exactly what you expect from an Ibis hotel. I highly recommend!

Stayed here to visit The Guggenheim before picking up the Camino Frances where I left off last year. Don't waste your time paying an expensive entry into the museum as the best of it is to be seen from the outside. Admire the building and surroundings by day and night - probably more impressive by night. I visited when there... More

This hotel is in a great location, just a 10-15 minute in one direction to the Guggenheim and new part of the city and 10-15 minutes in another direction to Casco Viejo, the old part of Bilabo. It makes the ideal base for exploring the city as there is no need to use public transport. The hotel is basic but... More

This hotel has nothing different from other Ibis where I stayed in the past: comfortable, well located, clean, free wifi and affordable. So, everything you need. This is a good choice if you visit Bilbao for business or pleasure, only a few minutes walking distance from city centre. I would remark the quality of the breakfast, above average compared to... Located on the city center with parking. Average breakfast. Very nice room. But only two elevators for 5 floors of hotel and 4 floors of parking, so nine floors total, long wait for the lifts. Didn't try the wifi, but it should be the same as in any other ibis.

One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was that it was a fairly short walk from Plaza Moyua where the airport bus stops. I asked for a quiet room not on the street and I was given one on the top floor with a view of a blank wall. In fact the double glazing was very effective so a... More
