I used this hotel because of work, needed to stay close to Parque Principado, which is the main "attraction" near the hotel, a shopping center with food court and theaters. Was very disappointed after staying here. The good points are: good parking and excellent restaurant across the street. Now the disappointments, no hair dryer in room and we had NO AIR CONDITIONING! 1st room noisy due to extractor fans from kitchen. Moved to attic room- nasty smell, window wouldn't stay open. There's no ventilation in thebathrooms, no air conditioning till June. Rooms lack storage facilities and mirrors.
