I Just want to say wow! ... the rooms are huge and very rich decorated, modern, confortable, the bed and pillows were extra (in size and in confort) the bathrooms are impressive, clean, modern. The breakfast was gorgeous, served in a wonderful dining room with frescoes on the walls. And the spa, aquaxana is one of the best I ever...

From the moment you book, you expect a 5 stars level, also considering the cost. You get a 3 star service, max.
The Spa is good, but rooms are small, there is no parking, food is poor and cold, and service is way below a 5 star level. Staff is sometimes even rude.
There is no cost/service relation, too expensive...
