This hotel was such a pleasant surprise given its location in an industrial park/ logistics centte. To be honest, we had trouble finding it and resorted to satnav. There is secure underground parking and the room is comfortable. The bathroom has a generous selection of personal hygiene items. I did not use the spa but the treatments looked good. Best... More

For us was a perfect stay just for one night. We arrived late and check out early. First of all good location - out of city center, and that we like. We went for evening short visit in city center and little dinner and we came back. No traffic on the morning next day! No problem with parking! About hotel... More

A real surprise. I was worried about the industrial estate aspect but it was lovely . Very strange surroundings but the staff did everything to make you welcome. the food was excellent and changed my main meal ( I'm a vegetarian ) with no fuss and couldn't do enough for us. The room bright and airy and although the aspect... More

This is a superb hotel if you are driving and only want a stopover for the night and not to visit Zaragoza itself. The location is on an industrial estate and therefore not for the person who wants a pretty aspect from the window. The room was adequate ,in good and clean condition, and was quiet...surprisingly.The staff were very welcoming and... More

Hotel located with views of warehouses and not pleasing to the eye especially if you are looking for a "spa" hotel experience. Services are not for a four star hotel and food is frozen and heated very few items are fresh. Staff for dinner and breakfast are rude. Something positive was Carmen at the front desk and the bartender they... More

The hotel room is actually very nice but overlooks a lorry park and that is dreadful. The Spa has a 6 station programme including saunas, Turkish baths, etc, but most were networking, the receptionist in the Spa was not there to check us in, and when he popped in was no help. The mini bar was empty and the whole... More

There was no heating provided in rooms although it was something like 10 to 12 degrees celsius outside. Poor bathroom design led to the bedroom area being flooded. Would not recommend unless you are merely seeking a bed and a hot shower. The amount of space in the bedrooom area (no space for desk and chair) was also miniscule.

i stayed in this hotel on the driving journey from Barcelona to Madrid. The noise of trucks moving around the area was quite disturbing. Not only the noise of vehicle, i could even hear the noise of wind even though my window were all closed. Not sure if it was because too windy during my stay or the hotel window... More

The hotel was close to the motorway and very convenient to stop at after arriving later in the day or evening bofore travelling North to the Pyrennes. It is situated in a very industrial area but the hotel is modern and clean

Maybe if it were a 2-star hotel I would rate it as great but while they decided to name themselves a 4-star hotel I gave it the mark "bad". The receptionists were impolite and smileless. SPA works only until 10pm which was not convenient for us. Btw, it's not just in the middle of nowhere but also surrounded with warehouses... More
