Hotel Sauce is a friendly, busy hotel well located in the centre of Zaragoza. Close by are bars and restaurants and the sights of the city. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the rooms modern and the cafe served a good breakfast. The secure parking is not for the faint hearted (if you have experienced private underground car parks in... More

Stop looking, and book this hotel please. It is in a great location, the rooms are beautiful, and the service is wonderful. We stayed here for three nights, and it was close to everything. The staff went out of their way to help make our stay wonderful from the booking process to check out. We cannot wait to come back!

Yes, a budget hotel but the position was excellent in the old part of the city, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and the room, though on the small side, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and worth the few euros extra. Secure parking close by. What more can you ask for the price? Would definitely stay again.

Great location, in a peaceful little street close to where the nightlife action happens and other attractions. The smiley staff provides great service. Rooms are nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Make sure you try a slice the delicious carrot cake at their cute coffee shop.

We spent 3 nights here and could not be more pleased. We are on a driving trip around Spain and the hotel has a car park just down the street. If you need parking, be sure to reserve a space when you book your room. There is an extra charge to park noted on their website. Our room was on... More

Our recent stay in this delightful hotel was very memorable for the wonderful service received. Upon arrival, our large group learned that the lift was out of action. This didn't seem to faze the staff however. Suitcases were transported upstairs and delivered to the relevant rooms in the wink of an eye by the male staff. All hands on deck... More

Located on a plaza a short stroll from the old town with parking close by is this little gem. Beautiful peaceful decor with fresh bright comfy rooms. Only negative is it is very noisy so you must have the double set of windows closed which makes the room stuffy. It does have a ceiling fan but this was noisy too.... More

We booked this hotel based on a number of favourable reviews and had no regrets. Centrally located, it is walking distance to all the places to see. The room was a good size and very comfortable, the welcome very friendly and explanations given by staff were spot-on. Hotel Sauce serves a lovely, home-style breakfast with excellent coffee and yes, the... More

My husband, myself and our 21 year old daughter stayed at Hotel Sauce at the end of June 2014 for one night en route to Madrid via Provence. We arrived late on a Sunday night and were welcomed very warmly. Our room was on the top floor and was spacious, spotless and quiet with skylights and polished wood floors adding... More

We stayed for two nights based on previous recommendations and are very pleased to report that the quality of the welcome is as good as ever. We are fussy about food and were particularly pleased with the simple but excellent breakfast buffet.
