I chose Hotel Sauce because Isabel personally responded to all of the comments written here on TripAdvisor. I mentioned that in my reservation and received a welcoming E-mail from her prior to even leaving the USA. She is the customer service agent for the hotel. Wow!!! We spent one night here. excellent value having booked through bookings.com. rooms small but clean. The big plus points are the hotel's ideal location just 5 minutes walk from El Pilar. its own garage underneath the building opposite and the fabulous breakfast. Oh and free wifi ain't bad either! Very easy to find, close to river and Cathedral. Parking a few metres away with narrow driveways! Nice hotel with good size room, airco and wifi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Many restaurants in area. Would stay here again! more

Perfect hotel, particularly location and service. The front desk assistance was incredible. Do not understand why it is a 2 stars hotel. For the rooms, service and location should be a 4 stars! more
