Not too bad - you hardly hear the trams outside but in our room the fan in the bathroom was very loud and it same on for a few minutes randomly during the night making for a very poor nights sleep. The bacon at breakfast was a liitle funny tasting .. sweet or something.

Didn't start well with the clerk at reception grumbling about his system not accepting our ID cards.. Not my problem! The room was clean, good windows kept the noise of the trams out. The room was 507 beside the lift but didn't hear any lift noise. The fan in the bathroom had a mind of its own and must have... More

Rooms are clean but relatively small. Hotel atmosphere is rather cold, especially bar/breakfast area. Swimming pool is very small and no towels provided on spot, so you need to bring the one from your room. Bathroom amenities were limited to soap and shampoo, which we found minimal given the standard of the hotel. Breakfast offering was ok but poor in... More

Nice hotel located at the end of the main pedestrian road at the opposite of the cathedral. Clean and big room. Good breakfast? Professional staff. I have been offered a good glass of red wine as wellcome ( good attitude). If I come back in Zaragoza I will chose this hotel again. Big parking place (to pay) very close.

I have read the negative reviews which I always pay particular attention to. All I can say is every dog has it's day. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, complimentary glass of wine - a nice touch, clean rooms, comfortable beds, small but pleasant rooftop pool, good price point. We are from Australia and have stayed in 4 or 5... More

this is a great base right in the centre of Zaragoza, excellent service, great rooms, good breakfast, and right in the heart of the avenues and squares of Zaragoza.Superb views from the rooftop pool. difficult to find with a GPS, and parking is a bit of an issue, but well worth it

Hotel great, reception staff excellent, rooms great, price great, indoor pool fab, roof top terrace would have been great if there had been water in the pool, location great. I would definitely stay there again. Downside - ate in the bar on our first night - not recommended. The food is fine but my husband waited 20 minutes to get... More

Driving to the hotel was not straightforward unless you are aware of the tram system and whether the streets they run on are OK for cars -it looks like you should not drive there. It's handy for the popular area of great Tapas bars and the staff are all very helpful. It looks nice outside and inside but in use... More

We found the hotel OK by car, although it's a bit tricky as it is right in front of a tram line and pedestrian street. When checking in at 3pm I asked for a room higher up (as recommended by others on tripadvisor), but the clerk told me no more were available. Our first room was on the 3rd floor...it... More

Dear guest, Thank you for your opinion. I would like to inform you that a cappuccino in this hotel cost 2.50 €, you probably paid a full breakfast, wich costs 10€. Maybe the receptionist didn´t understand you. I regret the inconvenience during your stay. Best regards, Elena Auría Dpto. Operaciones Palafox Hoteles More

We had suite room 1096. The location is just superb to see any place. Hotel is new and rooms are huge . Suite is over 50 sq mts. The location is superb. They have room service . They charge 3 euros for hot water I think it is too petty.
