Stayed here enroute from Moraira to Bordeaux and eventually the Isle of Bute in Scotland. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was excellent, as was the restaurant. The hotel is situated right in the centre of Zaragoza, which makes it ideal for sightseeing in this beautiful, historic city. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as... More

Very central. Clean and meets minimum standards. Seriously understaffed as a result of which checking in and out took too much time. For the same reason breakfast was a mess. Clients could not sit because tables were not cleaned fast enough and people had to wait a lot for buffet to be replenished. Only one or two staff members for... More

I enjoyed staying at Silken Reino de Aragon: the room is very nice and the location is excellent in the center of Zaragoza. Price is also good. Breakfast has a pretty good selection with many sweets. From the lobby it already feels like a fancy, upscale hotel.

This was our second stay there! I agree with the positive comments written by other guests. Again, the tapas area is where we hung out in the evening after a stroll down Paseo de Independencia and Gran Via for some actual and window shopping. The small shops on Gran Via remind me of Salzburg, Austria- charming and very interesting. As... More

We,an elderly Irish couple stayed here for two nights .It was a great experience ,the staff were excellent as was the room.Very centrally located, the furtherest we had to walk from the hotel to where we wanted to see was no more than 25/30 minutes. We did not eat in the hotel,as we wanted to sample the excellent tapas bars. One thing, the room... We enjoyed our four night stay in the hotel. The facility is fairly contemporary, the rooms were of a good size and nicely furnished, and the hotel staff was helpful. The bathroom in our room was particularly large. We also had three people in the room and the staff were helpful in sending up another bed for our son. We... More

We stayed here just for one night as half way between Madrid and the coast. Great price. Huge room and beds made of little pieces of heaven. Nearly killed me to leave the bed in the morning. Very modern and clean. 5 mins walk to the main sites and tapas area. Would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Zaragoza.

Bath tub is slippery. But safety grab list in bathtub is not properly fixed. A list for repair is available, but this is such old issue, it should be seen by cleaning personal and supervision. No plug in the sink does not function. The AC in the room is minimal in high summer. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful.... More

Location was great with 10minute walk to the Basilica/museums. Excellent surrounding area with some of the best tapas restaurants I have experienced. Rooms were very comfortable with lush beds offering a good nights rest. Large lobby. Breakfast was ideal with lots of choice. Very clean.

Situated in easy walking distance of the old city with all of its museums and other attractions. Clean comfortable, very helpful staff and good on site parking. God quality restaurant and a very well stocked breakfast bar.Highly recommend.
