traditional aragonesque hotel is situated on a small cobbled street of ancient houses in the old town, up on the hill above the river. Room had small balcony (2nd floor) the larger verandas are on the 1st floor. There is a larger shared balcony on the 3rd floor you can use if you like. Views of the river and mountains beyond are stunning. Good restaurants and bars very close by in old town. Rooms charmingly furnished with traditional furniture - homely but not luxurious. Simple breakfast of coffee, juice, toast and pain au chocolat offered in lovely dining room with panoramic mountain views.
Bad points - parking is well away in ols square - you have to get a pass from the owner to come down cobbled street to drop bags off, then return on foot. Also, insulation between rooms poor - we had noisy family next door! Owner speaks a little English but her son doesn't - small amount of French helps id you have no Spanish
