Stayed in a 3 bed room (2 twin beds and the bottom bunk of a bunk bed). Room adequate size for 3. Bathroom spacious and clean - massage shower was a real bonus. The opaque door was a bit odd - not sure I'd have liked it if I was travelling with friends rather than mum and sister! Free high... more

Excellent Location - Petit Palace Canalejas is in the historic city center, a very convenient location. From the airport (SVQ - San Pablo Airport), we took the EA (Especial Aeropuerto - 2.30 euro per person for one-way transport) bus to the last exit, Prado de San Sebastian. The exit is near the metro office where you can purchase a 10-ticket... more

I stayed at the Petit Palace Canalejas in late August 2009 during a vacation thru Portugal and Spain. The best thing about this hotel is its' location close to the Estacion Plaza Armas and many tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is clean, newly remodeled and modern. The room had a nice flat screen television with no English language... more

We stayed here for one night and thought it was just okay. The service was great but our room was really tiny that we bumped our knee on the corner of the bed walking to the bathrooms. We definitely had a small room in Paris but this was much smaller. Thank goodness we only stayed for one night. The bathroom... more

Pros: Clean, free Wifi, free laptop use in room. Furnishings are modern, and Ikea-like. Cons: A local phone call will cost 4+ Euros. more

The hotel is in the older, more attractive part of the city and it is easy to orient yourself to the streets and squares around you. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and informative and the room was very clean. The bathroom, which was modern, was separated from the main room with glass, opaque walls - trendy but strange! Every... more

From the moment we got to the hotel to the moment we left, everything was great! The hotel staff was extremely helpful and informative. Our room (402) was very large and on the top floor. It was one of the best of our entire multi-city Spanish vacation. If you're looking at photos of the hotel, it's the window at the... more
