First of all, the location. There is bus connection to the long-distance bus station, and it takes less than 10min walk to the cathedral. Very good location, but there is no LIFT!!!! No wifi in the room, and we hv to go down to the main building and use wi-fi in the lobby area. I love the kitchen area. private room, and quite at nite. Free walking tours. We did enjoy the tours, so much info and fun!

All of the staff were some of the most helpful and energetic we've encountered in our travels EXCEPT for one member of staff who worked the swing shift --he was extremely unhelpful, cold, & incompetent. Samay hostel is in a great location, its super cheap, all the staff is really nice and helpful. Everything is clean. I am definitely only staying at Samay when I go to Sevilla again.
