Fantastic location (as long as you dont have a car). Excellent owner/manager on site. (But b doesnt seem to speak English) Clean, spacious, everything you need for a couple of nights. Will go again. Surprisingly quiet considering the location.

San Andreas is close to Seville's Old Town and the Giralda (a mere few minutes walk) and is also close to the main shopping areas. It is a twenty minute walk to the train station or a short taxi ride. It is situated in a nice little square and there are endless cafes, bars and eating places nearby, or directly... More

I have just read some recent reviews of the Apartamentos San Andres (having submitted one myself previously).....and would just like to comment on reviewer remarks about the lack of English spoken by the owner and his staff in relation to the overall rating of these apartments. May I remind people..YOU ARE IN SPAIN, THE NATIVE LANGUAGE IS SPANISH...these apartments are... More

Apartamentos San Andres is situated at great location in the middle of the old city. The apartement is spacious and has all you need (and do not need;-)): beds, shower, kitchen with equipment and even an iron! It is true that the staff doesnt speak English, but they are definately not unwilling to try to help out. It takes bit... More

Apartamentos San Andres....serviced apartments in great location in this beautiful Andalusian city. I have stayed at Apartamentos San Andres approximately 5 times now and have never been anything other than extremely satisfied. The property and adjoining cafe, Santa Manta, is owned by Rafael Caro...an extremely pleasant and helpful man. This typical Sevillian town house was converted into 8 flats in... More

Towards the end of our Spanish trip, rather than another hotel, where my wife and I were cramped in a single room with our luggage, we wanted to stay in an apartment where we could have a little more space and get be able to get our laundry done. After browsing sevilla5 and TA reviews we settled on San Andreas... More

A basic but comfortable apartment in a non - touristy part of Seville. Staff were helpful in the attached bar but spoke next to no English, which was a problem at times. The apartment location was excellent for all attractions. The bar was good for food and very popular with locals. The apartment was clean and everything was maintained to... More

I agree with the other glowing reviews of this place. Its much better than staying in a hotel as: a) it is much bigger b) it is more modern (for something of the same price) c) you have your own kitchen d) you can do your own laundry e) the shower is huge, and with great water pressure Apart from... We booked our apartment through seville5.com and were not disappointed. Even though the apartment was just a short walk to the city center, it felt like we were in a neighborhood and off the tourist track. They cafe below the apartment was definitely a favorite with the locals. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We had a two... More

We booked this through Seville5.com and we were very impressed. We first considered staying in the Sanra Cruz area but we are glad we selected SanAndres. It is located on the opposite side of the catherdral considered to be the shopping district. This location is very handy and close to the main attractions but without all the tourists. The place...
