We had a great stay at Pension Alameda. The rooms are very clean and the beds are fine. Great value for money. The walls were very thin, but when a couple in the room next to ours started fighting in the middle of the night, the owner offered us a different (bigger) room for the rest of our stay! Very... The best thing is that the rooms are kept very clean. They are, though, small and basic. The worst thing is that it is the noisiest place I have ever stayed in. It is not the fault of the owner that the noisy road sweeping machine (especially when reversing) and the smashing/crashing glass recycling men come round in the middle... More

Top location, near the city centrum on a nice plaza with kind of restaurants en bars. The rooms are very clean but a little bit small and noisy. But its perfect when you travelling on your own or for a couple of day's. Top locatie net buiten t centrum maar aan een leuk en levendig plein met veel bars en... More

the room was small but clean, the owner very kind. we stayed on the first floor in a twin room that faced the main street. outside it was a little noisy during the night but ok. perfect place if you want to save money and still have all the comforts. recommended!

This hotel is in a super location on a really lively square not to touristy and full of locals. Rooms are basic but very clean, staff really helpful with advice and gave a lovely warm welcome. Lots of food and bar options around the square and a short walk to the center and most the attractions.

We liked the location of this Hostal and found the management very helpful and responsive. The problem is that there are just too many young people in Sevilla with nothing to do -- except make noise at night. Unfortunately, our room faced the Alameda de Hercules and we found it very difficult to sleep -- even with the double doors.... More

We spent two nights in Hostal Alameda. This huge place north of city center had lots of tapas bars on the plaza itself and in the adjacent streets. Although the rooms are small and you had to put suitcase up on the cupboard to have place to move around, the reception staff are friendly and helpful, everything is clean, the... More

We'been in Seville in September and spent some nights in this hotel. Rooms are ok (clean enough, small as the average of rooms in Seville) and personnel is very kind. The position is great, in a zone with a lot of bars and restaurants. Close to the center (few minutes walk). We spent a good time here

Sevilla was love at first sight and Hostal Alameda highly recommended! For a very good price you get a basic room, but very clean (cleaned every day) and a better bed than in most hotels. The owners of this familyhotel are kind and helpful. With double sliding doors and shutters, the street noise didnt bother us at all. Location perfect... More

This hostel or pension was a lovely place to stay. We stayed over NYE 2011, in a fairly quiet time. The rooms were kept very clean, and the bathroom facilities were good. We were allowed to use the owner's fridge even though the kitchen is kept closed in winter (more hotel style in winter and hostel style in summer). The... More
