Whilst not in the old centre this hotel is ideally located when visiting the stadium of Sevilla FC. Only a 5 minute walk from stadium and close to the railway station. Lots of nice places nearby to eat & drink. Poor soundproofing, noise from late returning guests in corridors.

I chose this hotel because I thought it would be easy to catch the bus going to the aiport in the moirning & because it was cheaper or not fully booked compared to other ones. But it was even worse than expected. I had read the comments on tripadvisor & other sites beforehand & thought "it can't be that bad... More

We booked this hotel because it is close to a bus stop for the airport bus. We tried to get to sleep early as we needed to get up at 430 ish am to catch our flight. The hotel is super noisy and you hear every door banging until the last guest has arrived/ gone to sleep. You also hear... More

Just spent the night at this hotel,it is very hard to find as it is in a residential area but close to the railway station, and a good 30 minute walk into old Sevilla. You walk into reception and it is very modern and the reception staff extremely helpful and polite, but when you get to the rooms they need updating very... More

We stayed two nights in April of 2013. The property is difficult to locate and not especially close to the tourist area of Seville. The room was nice, but the door was very difficult to lock. They should consider adding deadbolts to all the guest rooms. Anyone can use their shoulder and force a door open. We loved the hotel... More

The hotel has renovated and looks like a boutique hotel!!! The renovations appear to have been completed for the main floor. The location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is 10 minutes from the bus stop to Plaza del Dulche and the Santa Justa train station

Accomadation was the worst we have ever stayed in and we are well travelled. It is unbelievable that this hotel has a 3 star rating, in our opinion it dosn't deserve a 1 star. Our bedroom was next to the reception area and beside the dining room and was extremely noisy, it was primitive and there was no space to move... We were staying 3 nights in this hotel. The room isnt very spacious, for sleeping is it enough. Small and clean bathroom. Double bed is narrow (like normal european bed for 1 person - 100cm)...therefore we couldnt sleep well:( Breakfest is a big plus point of this hotel, also the near supermarket and the stop for the airport bus.

I discovered this hotel through Groupon who were offering a two night stay with Continental breakfast and free car parking for two persons at a total of 75 euros - an offer too good to miss! It is situated in a quiet residential street, reception will call a taxi which costs around 5-6 euros to take you into the centre... More

Stayed one night as we had an early train the following day. Room was old and smelled of smoke. Non spanish speakers be aware the reception does NOT speak English,French,Portuguese or anything but spanish. Pool looked like a green algae filled pond. Not good value for money but one of the few hotels in walking distance to the station.
