The hotel was lovely and overlooked the river - on the triana side which is a way from the centre but in walking distance which we enjoyed - 10mins to the centre. Triana cheap to eat and drink. Booked this hotel based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. We had a standard room (no balcony) and as the roof-top pool and sun terrace were open this was fine - good sized room, mini bar, good bathroom (though hairdresser is unbelievably heavy!).
