“Double booked - nowhere to stay - surly and unhelpful - Avoid”

We attempted to stay here in Sept 2011. Upon arrival we found the reception for this hotel is actually in another hotel a few 100 yds away. When we arrived there at 11pm we just got a surly " Non... Full". We showed our reservation - Non Full. For 15 mins we had to deal with a very unhelpfull receptionist... More

We were disappointed with our stay here. When we arrived (granted we were a bit grumpy due to a rough travel schedule) we were a bit annoyed to find a map attached to the door of where we could find the reception (another 5 minutes away at another hostal).
