You never know what will meet your arrival at a new hotel. We got a very warm welcome from the owner's mother who spent some extra time telling us what to see and where to eat. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. All the areas to visit were within walking distance. On the roof... More

We booked this hotel based on trip advisor reviews. We stayed with our three month old son. They arranged a baby crib for us. Very friendly staff. Hotel is located centrally and parking is 15 euro per day with discount from the hotel. Very comfortable and spacious beds! Beautiful hotel we enjoyed our stay in Seville.

Friendly welcome when we arrived - the gentleman spoke very good English and was eager to recommend several restaurants nearby and highlighted important touristy places on a map and how over there (also a very informative anecdote about the filming of Game of Thrones in the Alcazar!). Spacious room, comfortable large beds, we requested an outside room so lots of... More

I am having a hard time understanding where all of these people exclaiming this to be a "gem" of a hotel are coming from. Were we the only people, upon checking in, that were shown to a virtual windowless shoebox? It felt like a coffin. The "window" opened into the building's interior hallway, meaning your curtains had to stay shut... More

Dear guest,          Most of our guests consider us a gem for our beautiful antique tiles, fittings, terrace, jacuzzi, location, cleanliness and customer service.         We have served your change request spacious room overlooking the inner courtyard.        I regret that our establishment is not to your liking.         Maria reception.         Made with translator. I had a great stay here on my visit to Seville. The room was clean and good size and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They also have a nice rooftop terrace to relax. Nice choices at breakfast also. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel is in a great location near all attractions and near restaurants and bars. Lovely old building with comfortable rooms and a beautiful rooftop terrace. We arrived early and it was no issue for us to check in before 1400. Staff are all amazing. Especially the gentlemen who checked us in. All of his restaurant recommendations were spot on and... Everything about this hotel is wonderful - from its location to the friendliness of the staff, the decor, the rooms and the beds! It is family run and everyone took great trouble to explain where the most interesting taps bars were and the 'sights' of this beautiful city. The WiFi was perfect (and free) which was ideal as for us... More

Booked at the last minute after deciding to leave previous hotel. Very reasonable price for a well appointed room with bath. Outstanding breakfast with many choices including meats, cheeses, pate, premium jams, etc., in a pleasant room over looking to the street. When I had to check out before breakfast, the desk attendant made up one for me to take... More
