The hotel is well located on a quieter street, a block or so off one of the main shopping streets and only a few blocks from the Parasol and the "heart" of the shopping district. It's an easy walk to most of the main attractions of central Seville, including the cathedral, the quaint Santa Cruz district and the river. It's... More

Our first impression of the hotel was a good one because the foyer and front desk area are so lovely with Moorish tiles, wicker furniture, and ferns. The front desk staff was a bit stand-off-ish and didn't really seem interested in being friendly but they would help you if you pushed them. Rooms were spacious and relatively clean but if... More

The hotel is perfectly located for both sightseeing and going out for drinks and tapas. It took about 30mn to come from the airport, there is no direct bus link. Taxi from the airport is Eur25. Bus C4 to the Plaza las Armas is direct in about 20mn if you need to catch an intercity bus. The hotel presents well,... More

I stayed here as part of a tour and was happy with my stay. The highlight of this hotel is the beautiful foyer, which our group used for breakfast and lunch (purchased food from the supermarket) and using wifi, which is patchy in the rooms. Our room was fine with good aircon, firm beds and a power point next to... More

While in beautiful grounds of an old mansion, the room in this hotel was somewhat Spartan, but at the same time had everything necessary. The front desk staff were outstanding and professional about providing directions, recommendations, etc. The location was fairly central, and enabled us to walk to all of the places we wanted to go. Beware of parking as... More

The room was on the basic side, but it was a very comfortable bed and one giant pillow that went across the entire bed seemed to be the style. Our room (105) was able to get wifi unlike some of the others in our group in other rooms. Our room had a balcony, but it was all enclosed in glass... More

This hotel is stunning. It is located in a former sevillian palace. Beautiful tile work and architecture made it a delight to stay here. Room was great- on the second floor. Staff was very friendly. Wi-fi is in the main floor lobby. So many restaurants, shopping and history in Seville and this hotel is close to everything. Was very happy... More

You should only stay in this hotel if you get a very good rate and that is more important to you than comfort and converience. My room was tiny and had only the most basic amenities, and the hotel is not particularly convenient or charming.

We stayed here during Semana Santa and the Feria. Whole experience enhanced by wonderful staff who wanted us to enjoy Sevilla. Room and bathroom were more than adequate. Walk to an excellent breakfast at Spala took 5 minutes. We felt quite safe in the neighbourhood.

Stayed here for 3 nights in the second week of May as part of a tour. We all had ground floor rooms and reading other reviews, it would appear the better rooms are upstairs. Those on the ground floor are small and can be noisy. They were basic, but the bed was comfortable (always important) and the bathroom was fine... More
