We were very disappointed with this hotel that offered so much but delivered so little. From the moment we checked in you could tell the hotel was not really interested in the guests needs. We were given a tiny room on the 3rd floor with very basic furniture and a bathroom that needed an update. The skirting boards came away... More

The positives are that the location is excellent, it is quiet and easy to sleep, and the bed was comfortable. It has a bathtub if you like that. The reception staff are accomodating but I asked them to book a Flamenco show reservation at 9 AM and they didn't phone until 3 PM and they were all sold out. The... More

For a party of three women, sharing a superior triple room was a really tight squeeze. In addition to the two single beds, they wheeled in a cot leaving just inches between the beds and about a foot of room on the end. After our luggage was added, there was barely room to move. I must say, those beds we're... More

We only stayed 1 night in this hotel as stopping over point before heading to Tangier. The room was tiny and very basic. If we were to spend several days I would probably not enjoy the small space. The hotel itself is charming and clean. The staff was very friendly. My only comment is that there is no place to... More

We stayed in a double room for 3 nights but the hotel was far from being up to 4 stars standard, even 3 stars… 1. When I arrived for check-in at 14:00 the room was not ready, and had to wait 40 minutes… Very annoying as it was raining outside. I received no apologies from staff. 2. Everyday, we had... More

The hotel,as many reviewers say, is very convenient for the sights of beautiful Seville. The narrow street on which it stands is hardly scenic and traffic noise can be disturbing if you're not a townie. The lobby and public rooms are immaculate, set around a central atrium. There is an efficient lift to the upper stories. The roof restaurant and... More

Just waht you expect from Andalucia...in the town center, not so big but comfortable and exceptionally charming! Typically Andalusian style with a patio and rooms all around...excellent breakfast. Great stay!

Friendly staff, charming hotel, great breakfast. Not the premium part of the city but only a 10 minute walk to the Alcazar Real, Barrio Santa Cruz shops etc. Hotel has been remodeled, high ceilings, lovely plasterwork. Noise from street below, so, rooms not very soundproof. No pool, only a jacuzzi on roof.Rooftop a bit disappointing. Good tapas restaurants nearby. Noise... More

Located just a 10min walk from all the key sites. Restaurants were plentiful around the tourist sites, and many more to be found down ack streets. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was adequate but limited choice

A hotel very close to the centre of Seville (10 minutes to the cathedral) and a lovely building with fountain in the courtyard. The room was quiet and attractively furnished. Best of all were the staff who were both friendly and very helpful throughout our three night stay. Recommended.
