We booked over the internet but it was so bad we refused to stay here Why?
*large amounts of dog excreta outside the hotel had to step over it to get inside
*the building is converted social housing in very bad state of disrepair
*the wiring was dangerous - electric plug socket burnt
*no heating - wall mounted fan heater...

It is located far from the city center, in a relatively poor neighborhood. It is not a 3 star hotel. It only has smoking rooms and they smell.
