Our room was nice with a nice bathroom. Hard to find parking options nearby if you have a car, there is one next to it but can be full at times. The water in the shower was not hot at all. Although the location is right next to the historical centre so we didn't complain much about our stay there.

A fantastic spot on the edge of the Alcazar gardens, perfect for strolling, eating and drinking in the Barrio Santa Cruz and 5 minutes from the main sights. Glad we phoned ahead as we secured one of only two parking spots in the adjacent car park, which is directly off the Avenida de Menendez Pelayo (and can be found on... More

I have stayed in the Puerta de Sevilla several times over the years when in Seville on business. It's a small boutique hotel, nicely appointed but very affordable, with a staff who are not only friendly and helpful (and speak very good English) but downright thoughtful and kind. During my third stay there, the manager heard my friends wishing me... More

Hotel Puerto de Sevilla is in a very good location walking distance to all the main attractions Catedral y Giralda and Real Alcazar. There are lots of wonderful winding alley ways with lots of Tapas bars on the doorstep, with very cheap beer and fabulous wine. The hotel is very clean with Juliet balcony, the staff are very helpful. We... More

I was in seville in April and loved the location of this hotel. It's like a party every evening and you are in the middle of it .The neighbourhood is historic, scenic and breathtakingly beautiful. ...One can just walk down to the Cathedral and the alcazar.....There is a lovely park at the back with some beautiful orange trees! The staff... More

The best part of this place is that it is right next to a public parking garage on a major street - easy to find. The decor is weird, uncomfortable, and a little tired; front desk staff is a bit nosy and affected; restaurants nearby are tourist traps. I'm the future I would probably opt for staying in the central... More

We had a room in the back which was quite, I can see how a room in the front would loud. Staff was great, hotel was very clean but the sinks in the bathroom did not have a u bend. This let foul smell in if you didn't run the water periodically. If not for that it would be perfect.

We stayed for 4 days. Wonderful service. Owners and staff were delightful. Room was a little tight but this is to be expected when modernizing rooms in Europe. Clean and comfortable. Centrally located in the heart of Santa Cruz area. Close to the cathedral and shops and restaurants. There was some noise from the streets at night but if you... More

3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 16, 2015

We stayed here one week and left with very contradictory feelings. The small hotel has 16 small (or very small) rooms, most of them having a balcony on the street side. And there is noise from the streets, through the night, indeed. After two noisy nights in the room 24 we asked for the possibility to change the room. The... More

Great location and the staff were lovely. Shower was tiny (as were the rooms generally). Wifi barely functioned (intermittent to say the least). Very expensive considering the above, but guess that is for the location, right on the edge of the old town, by the park, plenty of sights and restaurants very nearby.
