We stayed here one week and left with very contradictory feelings. The small hotel has 16 small (or very small) rooms, most of them having a balcony on the street side. And there is noise from the streets, through the night, indeed. After two noisy nights in the room 24 we asked for the possibility to change the room. The... More

Great location and the staff were lovely. Shower was tiny (as were the rooms generally). Wifi barely functioned (intermittent to say the least). Very expensive considering the above, but guess that is for the location, right on the edge of the old town, by the park, plenty of sights and restaurants very nearby.

We stayed in hotel Puerta de Sevilla for 3 nights and it was a wonderful stay. The staff were courteous, polite and professional. I read some reviews speacking about noise in the room. I think it is normal if you want to enjoy to be in the heart of the city and enjoy the vibrant life of historic Seville. We... More

This is a great base for visiting the historic quarter of Seville. The hotel does not have its own resteraunt but you have a voucher to pop into the pleasant one across the road for breakfast. The rooms are very pleasant and immaculately clean. Our room had a little balcony looking down onto the street with its lovely cafes and... More

in a brilliant location just inside the old city. Great room, great rates. Off-season we were given a room with a view down the street, with french windows and a little balcony! Fantastic. Great restaurants just downstairs! here is a very important tip - don't pay the massive rates for their car park, go to Malaga Avenue where there is... More

I had such a good time, in a tip-top place, thanks to Mariano, "the best receptionist in the world", mejor receptionista del mundo! The room was so nice and cozy, and the hotel is in one of the best areas to visit Sevilla. Gracias

Seville was the last stop on our Andalucian week and we stayed at the Hotel Puerta de Sevilla. The hotel is charming, set in an old residence house and is situated in the vibrant Santa Cruz district of Seville. Close to the Alcazar, it is also an easy 10 minute walk to the Cathedral, Giralda and old town. The river... More

Third time staying here, this time with friends. It's a spotless hotel in a great location, esp for the sant justa train station, or driving in or out of seville. We parked our car in the adjacent underground car park and left it there for our stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Extremely small room, great location. Our room was facing the street so it was very noisy through the evening and in the morning. I am 6' tall and the bed was too small for me. There wasn't much space for luggage. The closest parking available was 18 euros a night, the hotel rate.

We had high hopes for this hotel which was the most expensive of the Andalusian portion of our trip to Spain. We were shocked to find the room so tiny we could hardly get around it. However the bathroom was even worse -- the shower door swings out over the toilet so one must sidle between the edge of the... More
