I booked to stay at Casa del Maestro on the last day of my trip touring Andalucia. I booked the hotel because it was a boutique, a little more expensive than others but for a special treat. On arrival at the hotel, after a shifty conversation in Spanish at the reception desk, I was told that my room was not... More

We stayed for 4 nights recently and found the hotel to be a charming little place. Our room was on the 1st floor and was tastefully furnished and very comfortable, great comfortable bed! The room was certainly all we needed for our stay. It's in the the Ponce de Leon area, about 15 mins walk from the Cathedral and in... More

The best description of this hotel is "charming". It just has a feel about it that makes you feel warm and comfortable. The staff was very accomodating. It is a little off the beaten path, but we found the walk through various parts of the city to get to the attractions interesting. Didn't experience any of the issues described by... More

We had a mixed experience here. On the plus side the location suited us and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were pleasant. But there were more negatives. Our main gripe was that we came back to drop some stuff off at 10.30pm but the inner security door for which we hadn't been given a key was locked. No... More

This stylish and quirky hotel, whose theme riffs on the famous flamenco guitarrist Serrapí Sanchez, has great personality and charm. Location on a quiet alley in the old town is in a quieter less-touristy section, about 15 min walk from the cathedral. We paid 441€ for a two night stay. Our room was very large and comfortable, with a large... More

Dear Sir, Many thanks for your detailed comments, I have informed my colleagues to take care about the things you mention in order to solve the ones we can and improve our services. It's not an excuse but please, understand that during these April days we're fully booked and La Casa uses to be a quiet and calm place and... More

We really enjoyed our two night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Fran who gave us lots of helpful advice on visiting Seville. He told us where we could see authentic flamenco dancing. Our room was lovely with a four poster bed. The price was very reasonable for such a handy central location. If you arrive in Saville's... We stayed here for 4 nights in July. Initially there was some confusion over my confirmed request for one room with 2 single beds( for my 2 sons), and one room with a double bed. I am glad to say that, after a little hesitancy, this issue was resolved and we did indeed stay in the rooms, which I had... More

The hotel had a very homey feel to it - friendly staff, cozy rooms and in a quiet location. Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice - which is rare. Service minded staff even though not everyone spoke english. Didn't make it to the rooftop terrace - supposedly very nice!

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This house is a tribute to Nino Ricardo, a tribute to those who love beautiful and simple pleasures of life, a tribute to the great music and, above all, a tribute to those who love Seville. It was originally the house of the master of the flamenco guitar, Niño Ricardo, and a typical nineteenth-century courtyard which was first rehabilitated and expanded by the master himself in the 60's to subsequently be rehabilitated and adapted by his family to its current use as a Hotel. The eleven rooms are built around the central courtyard, each one of them with a different decorative motive inspired by songs of the Master... eleven compositions, eleven different stories. From the courtyard of the Hotel you can access the lounge or the library of the House, where you might enjoy a good read, a good breakfast, a drink or a chat.On the top floor of the Hotel we have the roof where our guests can let their imagination free... or perhaps have breakfast, dinner, a drink, read a book... but be careful... La Giralda is watching us!!! ... more   less
