Maybe according the book is this a four star hotel but in practice it is not. You must take breakfast outside in December because they do not have an indoor venue, is that four stars? Not really. Further are the beds of a two / three star quality and stairways and elevator narrow. The staff is nice and attentive and... More

Great location, right at Alcazar and 1 street to cathedral. Had a beautiful and modern decorated room with a big bathroom overseeing orange trees with view to the Giralda view on the first floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's just a small hotel, think the have one 20 rooms or so. The only critic I have is the... More

Our room had a great view of the Alcazar and Cathedral and the rooftop bar was a great place to escape from the busyness of the neighborhood. We had a junior suite which was surprisingly small but still was very comfortable, clean and surprisingly quiet considering how busy the area is. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay and... You are amongst churches, cathedrals and fantastic architecture. The location is right in the centre for tourists, yet not a tourist trap! We meant to come to Seville on a day trip but after we fell in love with the city decided to stay the night. Booked online & a very easy transaction. Room very comfortable, lovely terrace overlooking the... More

We stayed here as this was John Fulton Studio,, the American who came to Seville to be a bullfighter/artist. . My cousin's parents had met him when they lived in Seville and attended several of his Bullfights. Great location at Plaza Nueva with the Alcazar and cathedral just steps away,, pretty square with two restaurants to sit and enjoy the... More

We stayed in room 2 on the ground floor on Sept 18, 2015, and the room was very large, with 20-foot ceilings. Excellent bathroom, monogrammed towels, endless supply of hot water. Even being on the ground floor there was no noise from outside when we finally went to bed. Excellent location, you could throw a tennis ball at the Cathedral... More

Room smelt of wet dog and we had ask for room deodoriser twice. Glossed from outside but lacks the basic guest requirements. Room was not cleaned properly hence the smell, mini bar in the bathroom, noisy, light went on at 2am whilst we were sleeping (very strange), can't open the windows due to cigarette odour from rooftop bar, stayed 2... A twenty minute taxi ride from the bus station, this hotel is ideally situated in the old quarter, although you have to walk for the last two hundred metres through the narrow streets. An old building which has been very well modernised and overlooks the Alcazar and Giralda. The rooms are very small but well fitted out and comfortable with... More

For starters the hotel is in an area that is not accessible by any road, due to the streets being too narrow, so if you are driving you will have to park your car in a car park (the nearest being a 10 minute walk) incidentally you will have to find this yourself as the hotel does not mention this....
