would not recommend this hotel. the staff were stressed and unfriendly. the room dark, gloomy and dated. the pool too small and crowded with not enough shades. not a 4 star experience. the location is not bad, but not in the centre, and you have to take public transportation to get to the old city, there's absolutely nothing nearby.

Stayed here late June in one of the Suites on the top floor. We thought we had initially booked the suite with a terrace but weren't brought to one when we arrived. When we brought this to the attention of the staff we were immediately moved to a suite. The suites are excellent, very large terrace and Jacuzzi bath with... More

Visiting Seville by car so the trip into the Centre a little daunting. Underground car park beneath the Hotel so convenient - approx 16 Euros per day. As Hotel name suggests right in centre so easy walk to Plaza Espana etc. Very nice room in keeping with a 4 star modern Hotel, and buffet breakfast again very good. A couple... More

Stayed here in June 2015, we had booked a suite which was very nice. Hotel is a 5 minute ride from Santa Justa train station and within easy walking of the alcazar and cathedral together with plant of restaurants. Has an outdoor pool on level 3 which we used in the afternoons when it got very hot. Break fast was... More

It is fair to say that this hotel is really nice, in a fairly good location. But these things let it down. 1. We booked a double bed, spending a week on holiday with my partner, I want to double bed, this is what I ordered, on arrival, it happened to be two singles pushed together. This is not what... More

The hotel is a modern tower quite close to the San Bernardo station where, for just 1.40€ per person, you can take a very convenient tramway to the center. We stayed two nights but, despite being included in the room fare we paid, we had no time to visit the pool and the spa because we spent all the time... More

We stayed for 5 nights. Our room was upgraded free of charge and we had to most massive comfortable bed ever. Staff are all great, hotel is clean, great air con in the rooms, lovely breakfast. We loved spending time around the pool and my partner used the free gym. The large pool area is what attracts us to the... More

We were on a Grand Circle tour and really liked this hotel. The location was excellent and you could walk or take a cab easily everywhere. The room was very nice and the public areas were lovely. There is an upper public area off of the lobby that is very nice for reading and enjoying a drink. The service was... More

I can understand many of the criticisms in other reviews, but let me say this: this was perfect for our family during our stay in Sevilla (two adults and one 20-month-old toddler). We stayed in a "junior suite", which essentially had the benefit of one small extra room – great for us as when our daughter was sleeping we could... More

A large hotel about 15 min walking distance from historical and commercial areas. San Bernardo tram stop only 5 min away. Great location. A large lobby with friendly reception, lobby café/bar and large lounge. Even the standard rooms are large and well equipped. Great air-condition. Hard beds and sheet and blanket, but otherwise comfortable. Minibar with soft drinks and safety... More
