This was a convenient place to stay if you arrive by train and want to walk to the hotel. We had a lovely room (a junior suite for not very much money) and the space was great and the restaurant downstairs very good quality and value. The walk was about 15-20 minutes into town but interesting and felt safe.

As traveling with 1-year-old son we asked for crib, we also got a corner, more spacious room, wheelchair accessible. It was nice and clean, with carpet on a floor (VERY desired during winter in Spain!) The staff was kind and helpful. Minuses: the bathroom was cold (January, 3rd floor). The furniture and tiles might need a refreshment. Breakfast was good... More

Despite the name, this business-oriented hotel is a little out of the centre, surrounded by offices, apartments and new university buildings. San Bernardo station, the airport bus stop and the tram into the tourist quarter are within 5 minutes walk. The junior suite was large and comfortable with a separate living room and bedroom. For families with children the sofa-bed... More

This is a fine hotel so close to the centre. There is a nice park next to it. Facilities are fine. Good wifi and room ok. A surprise that there was no English tv channel ( in English ) Great parking too. There's a supermarket across the road if u need anything

I give one star to breakfast - it was very good, lots of choice. Another star goes to wifi - very good speed. Everything else was disappointing. Location - not very close to the center. No tea or coffee making facilities, poor decor. Room cleaning - way too basic, although there was a lot of toiletries (tooth brush etc.). The... More

The hotel is about 15-20 minutes walk from the city center but also has a tram station close to it.When we arrived the room was not a triple as we asked In addition it was really cold and it took about 8 hours to get warm. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The restaurant was also cold as we had to... More

My wife and me visited this hotel at the end of December 2015. It was our first time in Spain, and unfortunately it started with negative impression from the receptionist. Check-in was quick and without any special remarks (though not very welcoming, but ok). Later i tried to ask how to handle parking ticket, since i was not sure should... More

Stayed here one night. At 110.00 euros for the night, it was acceptable. If I had paid the desk rate I would have been dissapointed. Reception area looks great. I have however our standard twin was small and dark, it was clean. A good selection for breakfast.

The hotel was clean and presentable, though a little dated. The room was a good size (3 people sharing!). It was helpful to have a supermarket located opposite, and the sights were easily reached within 15-20 minutes with a conveniently located tram stop a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel.

During my trip to Spain, this hotel was the worst. Rooms were dated. The lighting was very poor and dim. No climate control and rooms were very warm. The windows would not stay open and I had to rig it using some creativity to keep it open. My friends room had a tv that did not work, and peeling wall... More
