Very clean rooms and walking distance to nearby bus (which connects to Seville Main City). Close to Carrefour San Pablo Shopping Mall. The hotel staffs are very kind and helpful. Overall very good hotel to stay but lacks Hotel Shuttle Service and Breakfast Buffet Option (not sure now)

The AC hotels are business hotels mostly near airports and business/conference centers and this one is no exception. Room was clean and the front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was typical euro style with cold cuts, cheeses, breads and cereal. The evening menu is sparse but the food I had was nicely done and tasty. You have to flag... More

Ambience: hell Politeness of staff: no contact at all, not even "good evening" Quality of service: zero Quality of restaurant staff: no use talking about, The "chef" waiter is the worse of them all. Want to have a drink or some dinner ? A lot better to take a 10 minute walk: leave the hotel, go right, on the roundabout... More

Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip at this hotel and found, for a 4 starred hotel, a couple of things that irritated me. Good points first though, pretty handy for the airport and all staff I encountered were very polite and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern with a large lobby area come bar restaraunt were people... More

We stayed at the hotel back in Septmber 2013 for one night. The hotel is nice, what you would expect from an AC hotel. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom was very nice with a hot shower something that we needed as it poured with rain when we were there. We were there for my partner's business... More

The hotel is nice but we were expecting a Marriott equal to ones in the USA. The amenities were lacking such as no iron and ironing board in the room, no computer available ( there was one offered after eleven pm) so unless you travel with a computer you were out of luck. The air conditioning worked properly. The hotel... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip to Seville. The hotel is close to the airport, which was convenient for me. I had an early morning flight. The hotel staff was friendly. The best part of the stay was the hotel rate. It was very affordable. If I find the need to visit Seville again... More

We were happy with our room and service for the most part except for the advice given to us by the desk clerk at check in. We needed to be at the airport at 6 AM and asked if it were better to return our rental car in the morning or to take a cab. He told us that it... More

Was working at the airport in Seville and booked the hotel. It's half way between the airport and Seville city. I hired a car as I could find any transport to the hotel from here. Very impressed with the staff. All very friendly and helpful. Room was small enough but still fine. Good value for money. The only negative I... More

I stayed here a year ago and had an unpleasant experience. I wrote it off to being ill and decided to stay here again when I had to return to the area for business. The same disinterested, rude, "you are bothering me" attitude was apparent from the moment I walked in and the same person was working the front desk.... More
