Stayed here for 3 nights mid-November and loved it! It was a little tricky to drive a car to, but we were prepared with route plans and maps, and got there without too much stress (husband was driving and maybe a little bit more stressed than me) but I wouldn't let this put you off booking here as the location... The location is great. Short walking distance to everything you are supposed to see in Seville. And like the other reviewer said, 30 seconds to nice cafes and bars and restaurants. The room is stylish, and big, which was a pleasant surprise during my trip in Europe. I did not have any noise issue. The shower head somehow had some... More

Decent place, but I would not stay here again. Great location, walking distance to everything. Clean and nice rooms. Downside is that the rooms walls are paper thin so yo u hear even the softest conversations from other rooms. I will take my chances somewhere else next time im in Seville. More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for six nights in December 2011. The location of the hotel was great; 30 seconds walk to great tapas bars, cafes and restaurants. The room was a decent size, but only had a tiled floor, which made it seem a little 'sterile'. Instead of a double, queen, or king bed, we only had two... More

We chose this hotel as a last resort as the cheaper hotels on our list became unavailable. However this decision turns out to be worthwhile. Not only the rooms are large and comfortable but the staff are efficient. The tiny roof top pool next to a bar is a nice touch although it gets crowded at happy hours. The hotel... More

The best thing about this hotel is the location: it's literally 5 minutes away from the Seville Cathedral (if you don't get lost on the small streets of the old town). It can be difficult to drive up to the hotel (they have a small underground parking which costs 20 Euro plus tax per day) but once you are there... More

Everything was great with the hotel except... air-conditioning simply doesn't do what it should: to keep the room at an acceptable temperature. Seville is extremely hot and it was "colder" if we kept the windows open. Needless to say we hardly could sleep with so much heat. We changed room but the same thing. In a city like this, airco... I booked this hotel for four night stay with my aunt. This was a return trip to Seville for me, having visited on a number of occasions over the last few years, but the first time for my Aunt. My original intention was to book the "other" more lavish Alfonso, however this is currently closed due to refurbishment. Not to... More

If you're on a driving trip this is your stop in Seville. It's easy to find and offers parking- a huge bonus. A lovely, modern hotel, pretty rooms with balconies, in a GREAT LOCATION close to everything you want to see and do, including an authentic tapas bar and a fabulous evening of flamenco within a 5 minute walk. Yummy... More

We really enjoyed our time at the Rey Alfonso. It was baking hot in Seville but the rooms were nice and cool; not icy American air-conditioning but enough that were were comfortable. The room itself was spacious and well decorated and the bathroom was fine but with one of those annoying showers where if you run it too hard it... More
