If you can ignore the hotel's poor choice of carpeting (which is badly stained and makes the halls and rooms look dirty), then you'll enjoy this Seville bargain. We stayed at the Novtel in November 07. The hotel room itself was good and clean although it was not near the centre of seville. Not much to say about this hotel, it's probably one of the cheapest I've stayed in in a big city.
