The Hosteria Del Laurel is a small and personal up market B&B or Inn with a restaurant for use by anyone including hotel guests. The hotel is situated in a small square or plazza that reeks of character and history but the biggest bonus is the peace and calmness within this area which is so near to the center of... More

Lovely hotel... and we got a great room with 2 windows overlooking the square. Comfortable room with a great bathroom. The air con worked well. Very well situated for sightseeing. Cars cannot come up to the door so be prepared for a walk from the parking lot or nearest drop off point. Seville is extremely hot in the summer and... More

We stayed at this hotel while visiting for Semana Santa. It is close to all the major sites you will want to see! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in time but was able to drop off our luggage so we could start exploring the city. The room was basic but very clean. Being so... More

As many others have noted, the location of this hotel is hard to beat -- right in the center of the Jewish quarter, steps from the cathedral and Alcazar, but on a quiet little square. The exterior and reception areas of the hotel are postcard-quaint (you actually have to pass through the bar/restaurant portion of the property to get to... More

The location is perfect, right in the Jewish quarter behind the Alcazar, short walk to the cathedral and plenty of restaurants around. There's even a restaurant in the hotel that we tried - good but expensive. We were in a room where the only window is in the bathroom but we didn't mind because we like our room to be... More

I liked the Del Laurel, I thought considering its position it was a reasonable price. I had a lovely room and certainly warm enough. Large bathroom and very very quiet despite its position on the square. The staff were very helpful and when I wanted an early breakfast it was no trouble and I had to leave a couple of... More

I'll start with the positives, the hotel has excellent location, situated in the quiet part of Sevilla centre. The staff is friendly. The place is well kept and clean. My biggest complain is that for the price we paid, I felt the rooms were very basic, as well we stayed there in the winter and it was COLD in the rooms!... More

The location cannnnnnot be beat! RIGHT behind all major sites, this hotel is tucked away on a busy but quiet street. The sweet location is such a find in magical Seville. I loved my adorable corner, easily accessing all restaurants and sites. It was ideal for my trip and my needs during my stay.

While rambling through the narrow old streets of Sevilla looking for a place to stay overnight we happened to come on this Hosteria quite by chance. It's a great location near the Cathedral and the Real Alcazar. The receptionist was very welcoming and allowed us to view the rooms before making a decision. As stated by a previous reviewer, daylight... More

This hotel is a beautiful old building in the heart of the historic pedestrianised Santa Cruz area of Seville, a great base for walking about, seeing the prime sights of the city (the Real Alcazar and the Cathedral and much more besides), shopping and eating. I was there on a two-day add-on to a wildlife "safari" holiday, with another couple... More
