We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and couldn't be happier. It's only a ten minute walk to the city centre and only a few doors down from some brilliant bars serving excellent food. The hotel serves a great breakfast with plenty to choose from and the staff are very helpful. We found it to be very quiet too... More

We loved this Hotel, doesn't look much as you approach it and exit and entrance is a bit hairy ( not for young children) but once inside it is very pleasing to the eye. Glass and wrought iron inner doors open up to what is like a small, covered courtyard which is very pretty. You can get your breakfast in... More

Stayed here for 5 nights in June and really enjoyed our stay. Each room is decorated differently and all we saw were really nice. Our room wasn't huge but certainly big enough for us with a large well appointed bathroom. In addition on each floor and in the lobby area there are comfortable settees and armchairs where you can sit... More

This was such a cute hotel!! It was clean and the hotel staff was amazing! The receptionists were very, very helpful and the sweetest! There is free wifi but only in the lobbies so my friends and I would plop down on coaches and use it there. The one negative was that both times we had breakfast my friends had... More

We stayed for three nights and found the hotel to be comfortable. Check in was straightforward and included a personalised welcome letter with details about good eating locations, flamenco shows etc. Staff were very friendly and spoke English quite well. The room itself was large and comfortable. The in room safe is tiny (too small for iPads and other tablets)... More

I'm not one for normally adding a review, although I do make decisions based on others reviews! As there had been a few negative reviews on this site I felt compelled to write what a wonderful find this hotel was. The staff were all very helpful, at all times. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The showers were powerful with plenty... More

Easy walking distance from Cathedral, Alcazar and other landmarks. Our room was comfortable and had a tiny balcony overlooking the street. It is a small hotel, furnished with historical pieces and adorned with flower pots. We loved the setting. It is not easy to find, and there is no parking, both of which are significant challenges. Breakfast was good and... More

We enjoyed our week in the Hotel Abanico. We got a room on the side of the hotel which was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. It was a bit dark with only one small window, but this wasn’t an issue. The bathroom was large and the room had everything you needed. The beds were firm, but not too hard. The... More

We only have one advice on this Hotel. Find another place!!! The room we got for 3 people was expensive, pitch dark (during the day or even with lights on, if they could be called lights), dingy, dated, extremely dirty floors and extra-ordinarily noisy. We asked for a better room once we saw this, but the guy in the front... More

My wife and I had booked into a garage across the street - with a garage door that was mosquito infested. In the morning we had the daunting task of trying to find alternate Accomodations. We saw Hotel Abanico across the street strolled in at 9:00 a.m. And told them of our plight. Miguel the concierge, fluent in 5 languages,... More
