The welcome and service was warm and attentive, we could not have asked for more. Smart staff, smart rooms, smart location. This is as good as any visitor could wish for in this charming city. You can walk to all the sights or ride a bike or jump on a beautiful horse drawn cart. We had a wonderful 3 day... More

This is mine and my husband's favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. We were not sure what to expect due to the difficult navigation in finding the hotel (we were hot and sweaty in June and very lost with our maps!) but once we stumbled upon Plaza Dona Elivira by what seemed like an accident, we were so in... This is one fantastic place to stay. Try for the top floor balcony room as it overlooks the plaza and orange groves plus has the view of the cathedral. Service was over the top good. Location is as good as it can get. Quiet comfort for sure

We greatly enjoyed our stay here in the spring. The location is fantastic, and the courtyard is beautiful. We found the hotel staff to be extremely helpful, going out of their way to help us with travel arrangments, including calling our airline when we needed help with a spanish translation. The rooms are small by American standards, but not compared... More

At first I really loved this hotel. The location is perfect right near the cathedral in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. The tree-lined square is beautiful, most attractions are within walking distance, and there are tons of great bars and restaurants nearby. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and they will even take care of booking with... More

First a few positives, really great location, (santa cruz is definitely the nicest area of seville), and the little orange tree lined square it's in is beautiful. Staff are really nice. Now the negatives... We really lucked out with the room allocation. We were in room 001 which is ground floor sharing walls with reception and a restaurant. Then the... More

We had a 3 night stay here, rooms are small but well appointed, ours had a terrace area and would recommend going up to the roof area for chill out and fab views of city. Great location, staff professional and good value for money. Hotel can be difficult to find as there is no road access but once found, delightful... More

We had a great stay at the Elvira Plaza. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive, the hotel was in the most gorgeous, atmospheric location in the middle of the old town and the rooms were simplistic and small (but we only paid for the basic room to be fair so wasn't expecting anything huge!) but nice, clean and... Beautiful little plaza, very central, lots of eating and drinking places within a few minutes walk. Rooms appear stylish but are poorly planned. Ours had no wardrobe, one small hanging rail, no drawers, no hooks. There was insufficient space around the basin for toiletries. There was a nice new machine for dispensing coffee and hot water, but you have to... More

Yes, you have to walk at most a couple blocks to this hotel but it sits in the prettiest plaza in the area ... shaded by lovely orange trees and featuring beautiful tiles and a fountain. It is totally worth a little effort to reach. The staff speaks English and were totally helpful. Our room was very bright and clean.... More
