Hostel San Lorenzo was by far one of the worst places I've ever stayed in over night. First of all the room was for 2 people and it was so small it was impossible to move unless someone was in bed. Also, there was no window in our room. It was a small opening with a wooden board on top... More

Unexpectedly good for the money paid. The triple room is a bit small, but cozy. Nice and clean inside. Wifi is free in the room. The window in our room was looking at the patio, thus it was a bit dark inside, however it added a special flavor to the place. Definitely recommend.

The room itself was clean, the owner was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn't like was that the room was very humid. To the point that there was a constant damp smell. It is very close to all the main attractions and clubs

This hostel is in the old town area of Seville. Location is OK, quite some distance from the touristy places to visit. But the rooms were pretty good and satisfactory. We were 3 friends, and they had provided us a 4 bed accommodation with attached toilet. The biggest problem here was parking. We had rented a car in Seville, and... More

We (four persons) had booked the hostel for four nights and were disappointed when we entered the room. Although the reservation had clearly stated we had booked a room for four, the room had only three beds of which one was too short for an average person. One bed was for 1.5 persons and eventually we had to use this... More

A friend and I booked @ San Lorenzo Hostal for a 2 nights stay last december (it was Spanish Holiday time and surely high season as almost all accomodations were fully booked) Arriving at the hostal we found out they assigned us a room at the last floor, that was not what we booked for. We had a reservation for... More

On booking this hotel on hostelworld's website, I realised later when looking at San Lorenzo's own website that a single room was ridiculously small- we're talking the room is nearly the size as the bed. As I was in Sevilla to study for my dissertation I needed more space so emailed them to cancel. I received a lovely email back... More

The man and wife team who manage this hostal are wonderful, flexible and attentive, which made me hesitate to write a review at all about the place's limitations. There's not much, perhaps, that can be done in such an old building, but the smell of drains in the rooms is overpowering. We tried closing the bathroom door and leaving the... More
