I stayed for a week in April in the Murillo and found it very pleasant. The location is spectacular - in the heart of Santa Cruz, right by the Murillo Gardens, just lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast was pleasant. I definitely would recommend this spot. No complaints at all.
