The Hotel Murillo is a good place to stay in Sevilla, Spain. It well located in the Historical Center. That does not mean you will not get lost but never mind, it's a lovely town to wander in. It has the advantage of a good restaurant right across the very narrow street. They serve great cafe con leche. The hotel... More

just arrived back from SEVILLE, stopped 4 nights at the Murillo. After reading past reviews on here, I would agree that - having a room next to the lift shaft is noisy, all doors easily slam during the night, not on a road so traffic noise is non-existent On the whole a good budget hotel in the historic centre of... I was very impressed with this hotel and I have stayed in many hotels in Sevilla. Spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good, plenty of variety and the coffee is decent (only scrambled eggs and bacon as a hot option, but plenty of pastries, cereals, yogurts, cold meats and cheese etc). The room I was... More

Booked late after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. So glad I did! Brilliant location right in the Santa Maria district. Small, twisty streets which would be cool in summer. 19 minute walk to airprt shuttle 'busShort distance to all attractions. Very clean, if small room with adequate storage and modern en suite. The Terrace bar wasn't open but the views from... More

As we were on a driving tour of Spain, we had the added complication of finding the Hotel Murillo and locating parking nearby. Despite the info on the hotel quoting check-in from 1pm we were obliged to wait till 4pm. The front desk staff were singularly unhelpful when we tried to use the luggage cart (installed with out door big... More

The location is excellent within a very short walking distance from every spot. You just have to learn how to orientate in the narrow streets. Rooms are clean and confortable. Breakfast was 9 euro but there was a nice choice. If you want to spend less just go to the bar opposite the hotel. Wifi worked perfectly in our room.... More

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely boutique hotel. Location in the Barrio santa cruz is perfect, on a quiet street. Rooms are small but beds are very comfortable and bathroom is a good size . What makes this hotel special , is the staff . They are all so helpful , friendly with a big smile. Also the breakfast... More

We stayed at this hotel for a week in November. I can't say enough about the location. The Santa Cruz neighborhood is by far one of the hidden gems of Sevilla. Every day we explored new cobblestone winding streets and even on our last day we found a section we hadn't stumbled upon before. The little shops and the cafés... More

This hotel's location is perfect. A stone away from the parks, the Cathedral, the palaces, the bars and restaurants. The breakfast is not included, but they are so many places were you could have breakfast, that it did not matter so much. Seville is a secretive city and Murillo is one of them. The Hotel is a bit tired (old... More

This hotel is in the heart of the Santa Cruz district in a pedestrian only zone. Our room was very comfortable with 2 double beds and a large bathroom. It was very clean and had excellent air conditioning. The small breakfast was served in the lobby: coffee/hot chocolate and rolls. The locals are quite snobbish. But seville is a must... More
