Considering it's a 2* hotel, it exceeded expectations. Clean and tidy, with a safe feeling to it and the surrounding area. Somewhat hard to find, like everything in this part of Seville. We had room 405, which was fairly quiet though next to the elevator. I think the terrace was directly above since you could hear lots of for traffic... More

Close to restaurants and stores, easy access to everything. Taxi drops you off outside Jewish Quarters and you walk in to a whole new world. Seville was magical and Hotel Murillo added to the magic. The rooftop bar was nice to hang out on and see the lights of the Cathedral and city. The rooms were comfortable; the air conditioning... More

This hotel is very difficult to find. The streets are a labyrinth and we walked for ages trying to find the hotel. However once you arrive it is worth the walk. The lobby is very ornate with lots of antique furniture. The rooms are quite small but comfortable. Ours looked onto a brick wall and tiny courtyard. The ones at... More

Hotel Murillo is right in the centre of Santa Cruz, old town Seville, perfect for wondering the city! Our room, a superior double, was roomy, had a balcony, a comfy double bed plus ensuite and it was very clean and comfortable. Even before our arrival we found the staff to be very helpful, sending us instructions as to how to get... More

Had a fantastic stay at this little gem of a hotel set right in the heart of the Santa Cruz Barrio - in our opinion the best part of Seville. The room was lovely (4th floor with balcony facing the front) and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. In particular Natalia was a diamond - both before we arrived... More

Brilliant value for money - 3 nights B&B for under £200 to include brilliant selection of breakfast items in an interestingly decorated, ornate & well managed basement restaurant. Difficult to find so make sure you detail your route before arrival - we arrived by train and struggled to get our bearings - best to aim for Jardines de Murillo and... More

Great hotel in a central location. We paid a basic rate but were still given a double room on the 3rd floor which allowed us to have our own balcony. The room was clean, had a good air conditioner, minibar/fridge and TV. The real feature of the hotel was the rooftop bar where we were given a free drink on... More

This hotel met our needs perfectly. Clean, tidy, and rooms air conditioned. Great selection for buffet breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful and all speak good English. Lovely rooftop terrace bar where we were able to enjoy a complimentary welcome drink.

This place had great customer service. It is really in a cute location, close in to everything, on a fantastic little alley with a wonderful cafe just right outside. There are plugs to charge things, the room #502 on the top floor was very big, with walk in closet and good sized bathroom. The room and bath were stocked and... More

I had booked a nearby hotel but as they had to close for renovations they booked me into the nearby Murillo Hotel. It is very difficult to find and although I had booked a double room I arrived alone. Checked in and found that as I was alone I had been put into a single room. I queried at reception... More
